Natalie Ryan joined Mission Therapeutics in July 2019.

Natalie is a senior HR professional with over 12 years’ experience in a number of sectors, moving from a commercial Telecoms environment to Biotech in 2019.

Prior to joining Mission, Natalie worked in a fast paced, multi-site organisation where she gained a wealth of HR experience in a generalist, hands-on capacity.

Natalie Ryan joined Mission Therapeutics as HR Advisor in 2019 and assumed greater responsibility in 2021 transitioning to HR Manager and more recently becoming a member of the ELT.

In her current role at Mission Natalie has helped navigate organisational change acting as a strategic HR business partner helping to create and deliver HR programmes and initiatives to assist in achieving and sustaining business results.

Natalie is focused on harbouring a collaborative and supportive culture, where people are fundamental to the success of the organisation.  She is responsible for all aspects of the HR function and plays a key role in the leadership and delivery of the company’s people strategy.
